ODESA, MARCH 6th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― People's Deputy of Ukraine Sergiy Grinevetskiy has received a grateful letter from the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States signed by the Secretary-General Aleksey Sergeev, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The grateful letter (the agency has the full text) in particular says: “Dear Sergiy Rafailovich! Let me express my gratitude for your active work in a group of the international observers from the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the CIS during the elections of the President of the Republic of Armenia held on 18 February 2013.

The conclusions of the IPA CIS observers according the monitoring results, supported by a high degree of your personal authority, are an important factor in improving the electoral system and the development of democracy in the CIS countries.
