KHERSON, MARCH 14th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Black-Baltic Seas Economic Forum is planned to be held in Kherson, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Kherson Regional State Administration reported today, 14 March.

According to the press service, the preliminary agreement on the economic forum with the participation of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Germany was reached in the framework of the meeting between the Deputy Chairman of the Regional State Administration Valentin Podvysotskiy and Lithuanian Vice Ambassador to Ukraine Marius Yanukonis.

During the Forum such issues as logistics, industry and agriculture will be discussed. Also it will be touched upon the question of the prospects for the development of the Viking project ― combined transport train run passes through Ukraine, Belarus and Lithuania and connects the chain of container and contrailer lines of the Baltic region with a similar system of the Black Sea, Mediterranean and Caspian seas.
