ODESA, APRIL 26th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― The first in the south of Ukraine French private school will start working 1 September 2013, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Director of the French private school Wanda Mazur stated today, April 26, at the press conference.

According to Mrs Mazur, from September 1, 2013 in Odesa, the first in the south of Ukraine International French private school will be opened. The school is created with the support and full cooperation with the Embassy of France in Ukraine, the French secular mission and the Alliance Francaise.

“Ukrainian children are taught in two programmes: the French, certified by the Ministry of Education of France, and Ukrainian, on the basis of a license for general education and non-formal education in humanities, issued by the Department of education. After school, students will pass two exams: Exam Focus Complex Tests and the so-called bachelor degree ― the French equivalent of final exams,” director of the school noted.
