ODESA, MAY 24th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― The quality of wines “Shabo” have been highly appreciated at the International Exhibition “London International Wine Fair”, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the press service, in May, the company “Shabo” took part in the prestigious international exhibition “London International Wine Fair” (UK). “Shabo” was the only company represented winemaking of Ukraine to the international wine community. As part of the tasting competitions held before the exhibition, the “Shabo” products received 7 quality awards, including for the first time in the history of Ukrainian winemaking two medals in the highest esteem.

In the framework of the “London International Wine Fair”, “Shabo” products were presented at two competitive tastings: “International Wine Challenge” and “Decanter World Wine Awards”.

According to the results of the tasting contest “International Wine Challenge ― 2013” “Shabo” wine received: a bronze medal for wine “Shabo Classic Rose”, three quality diploma “Commended” for wine “Shabo Reserve Cabernet”, wine “Shabo Reserve Saperavi”, sparkling wine “Shabo Classic Brut Rosé”.

According to the results of the contest “Decanter World Wine Awards ― 2013” “Shabo” wine received: a bronze medal for sparkling wine “Shabo Classic Brut”, two quality diploma “Commended” for sparkling wine “Classic Extra Brut” and wine “Saperavi Shabo Reserve”.

“Henceforth the company “Shabo” has the highest privilege ― the right to label their products with special international quality marks “International wine challenge” and “Decanter World Wine Awards”.

It is also important that in the course of the exhibition of wine-winners “Shabo” was recommended as high quality for presentation to buyers and distributors of alcoholic beverages, sommeliers and restaurateurs in the round of “The Unsigned Talent Tasting”.

Thus, the company “Shabo” not only confirmed the high quality of its products, but also raised the prestige of Ukraine as a wine-making country,” the press-service added.
