ODESA, JULY 23th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Cyprus company “Empson Limited” has become the owner of 99.6% of the shares of PJSC “Odesa Refinery”, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The State Ukrainian Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency reported today, 23 July.

According to the information, 18 July from the owners of the shares, the company “Empson Limited” (Nicosia, Cyprus) becomes the owner of ordinary registered shares in the amount of 1 billion 817 million 561 thousand 412.

A percentage of the total shares of the Company ― 99.5766%.
