ODESA, SEPTEMBER 12th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― In the framework of the III International Jazz Festival “Odesa JazzFest’2013”, musical critic and journalist, Library of Congress’s jazz specialist Larry Appelbaum will hold a master class in Odesa JazzFest’2013, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The director of the International Jazz Festival “Odesa JazzFest” Natalia Ertnova reported yesterday, 11 September, at the press conference.

“Musical critic and journalist, Library of Congress’s jazz specialist Larry Appelbaum offered to come and give a master class. It will be interesting to music lovers, musicians, journalists, who write about music. The master class will take place on September 20 at 13:00 at the Museum of Western and Eastern Art,” Natalia Ertnova noted.

The Festival President Yury Kuznetsov added that it will be very useful to listen L. Applebaum because of “his word and opinion are very strong. We are proud of the fact that he offered to come to us.”

As previously reported IA, the III International Festival “Odesa JazzFest’2013” will take place in Odesa Philharmonic from 20 to 22 September. Preopening of the festival will be held September 19 at the City Garden.
