ODESA, MAY 28th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Maksym Burbak has stated that Ukraine signed an agreement with Moldova and Romania in the construction of the circular road around the Black Sea, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Mr Burbak noted yesterday, May 27, during the meeting of the Chairman of the Odesa Regional State Administration Igor Palitsa with managers and business owners in the Odesa region.

“We signed an agreement with Romania and Moldova in the construction of the circular road on the Black Sea. You know that Moldova wanted her direction through Chisinau was a priority, but we managed to agree that “Odesa – Reni” also would have parity,” he said.
