ODESA, JULY 11th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Odesa Regional Council has expressed condolences over death of the second President of Georgia Eduard Shevardnadze, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the department, the deputy chairman of Odesa Regional Council Petro Hlytsov visited the Consulate General of Georgia in Odesa, where he signed the book of condolence opened in connection with the death of the second President of Georgia Eduard Shevardnadze.

“…The world lost an outstanding politician, who did a lot for his people and a lot of useful things for other people. Express our deep condolences and share the pain of this irreparable loss with you and all the people of Georgia,” the text of condolences noted.
