KHERSON, DECEMBER 25th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The meeting of representatives of the port community (Administration of the Ports of Ukraine, EBA, Agreco, ANC, Transsship) with the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine has been held, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the Administration of the Ports of Ukraine noted today, 25 December.

According to the information, the meeting of representatives of the port community (Administration of the Ports of Ukraine, EBA, Agreco, ANC, Transsship) with the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine has been held 23 December. The meeting focused on the abolition of the requirements for registration of environmental declarations on ships and goods segregated ballast control, optimization of radiological control. Also, the leadership of the Ministry was transferred to the draft normative legal acts aimed at resolving the problematic issues in the implementation of environmental control.

The Minister took the problems of the industry attentively and promised to take appropriate action in the near future.
