ODESSA, JANUARY 23rd, 2015, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The first vessel has been registered in the “free practice” in Ilyichivsk sea port, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the Administration of the Ports of Ukraine noted today, 23 January.

According to the information, Administration of Ilyichivsk Sea Port launched a procedure “free practice” in the framework of port community information system (ISPS).

On January 15, sea port was completed by a full range of organizational preparations for the introduction of a test mode exchange of information and documents necessary for a decision on the possibility of applying to the vessels of foreign navigation “free practice”.

It is provided an electronic exchange of information between the administration of the Ilyichivsk sea port, the state bodies authorized to carry out the relevant controls in the Border checkpoint, and business entities (maritime agents, port operators), which operate in the seaport, with ISPS use.

The first test exchange of information and documents between marine agent (Maersk Ukraine LTD), government agencies and port authorities was held earlier this week on the ship “Maersk La Paz”.
