ODESSA, FEBRUARY 10th, 2015, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Beginning on February 6 this year, the port operator LLC “Brooklyn-Kiev” has started to provide data in electronic form on the results of the weighing container with the goods to the information system of the port community, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the Administration of the Ports of Ukraine noted today, February 10.

According to the information, beginning on February 6 this year, the port operator LLC “Brooklyn-Kiev” started to provide data in electronic form on the results of the weighing container with the goods to the information system of the port community. Information is transmitted in real time.

Data is available to Odessa customs officials, which allows undertake the analysis of element of risk without providing a hard copy of the act of weighing, and also eliminates the possibility of forgery of paper copies of documents showing the actual weight of the goods.

In the first phase will be used in parallel paper and electronic versions of the document.

The specified module as developed by the PCS Data Processing Center closely with the IT department of “Brooklyn-Kiev Port”.
