ODESSA, MARCH 20th, 2015, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The Head of State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” Andriy Amelin has stated that transfer of port railway stations to the management of ports can solve the problem of their development, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Andriy Amelin noted today, March 20, during a press conference: “The results of the SE “USPA” in 2014 and plans for 2015”.

“Railway station in the Odessa port is now working at the limit — not enough capacity. This situation is in many ports. But the solutions have not produced yet.

Approach to the issue must be systemically. There was a suggestion – to pass port railway station to the balance of the ports. It would solve a lot of problems. But it is just a suggestion,” Mr Amelin noted.
