During the visit of the French delegation in the port of Ilyichivsk talks with the leadership of the State Enterprise “Ilyichivsk Commercial Sea Port” about the prospects for the implementation of an infrastructure project on the basis of production capacity of the 4th terminal port were held. In particular, the French company showed interest in indoor warehouse capacity ¹24 and using it for storage and handling of grain cargoes.

During the meeting, the Director of Ilyichivsk Port Yuri Kruk made a brief presentation of the production capacity of the 4th terminal, as well as representatives of the delegation introduced the terms of cooperation of SE “ICSP” with the company “Group Soufflet”.

Director of the port proposed to divide the implementation of the project of public-private partnerships of SE “ICSP” with the company “Group Soufflet” into two stages.

The first stage involves the transfer capacity of the terminal in the long-term lease with the possibility of reconstruction of infrastructure and the transfer of land for the entire lease term. On the basis of the lease contract will be signed a package of agreements, including equity, and signed a social agreement includes the transfer of employees to work in the terminal company.
