ODESSA, DECEMBER 2nd, 2015, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Chairman of the State Enterprise “The administration of the seaports of Ukraine” Andriy Amelin has said that the procedure for obtaining permission to carry out dredging in the Ukraine has been simplified, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The Chairman of the SE “The Administration of the Sea Ports of Ukraine” Andriy Amelin noted today, December 2, during a press conference.

“One of the main obstacles for capital dredging was always overcast signing of the financial plan of the company for the next year. Today, our financial plan for 2016 was signed, and the issue is resolved. With regard to the operational dredging, we always limit the duration of the procedure for obtaining permits for these works. Because of CMU №574 this procedure is greatly simplified. Now the Ministry of Natural Resources permit is issued only once and is of indefinite duration, if the passport specifications harbor basin or channel technology solutions and conditions of work are the same. Today the open-ended approvals received for deep-water ship course of the Danube River – Black Sea, Bugsko-Dneprovsko-Limanskiy Channel, Yuzhny and Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky ports.
