ODESSA, MARCH 17th, 2016, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The Head of Administration Maxim Shyrokov has held a meeting with Chinese delegation led by Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine in the Administration of the Yuzhny Sea Port, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of Yuzhny Commercial Sea Port reported today, March 17.

According to the information, yesterday, 16 March, the meeting between the Head of Administration Maxim Shyrokov and Chinese delegation led by Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Mr. Zhang Siyun was held in the Administration of the Yuzhny Sea Port.

The aim of the visit was to introduce high-level delegation with the leadership of the administration, as well as familiarization with the potential of Yuzhny Sea Port and the prospects for a number of infrastructure projects.

During the presentation of the port development plan the parties discussed the possibilities of further cooperation. Also a tour of the sea port and on the vessel “Arktur” was held for the participants.

During the tour, members of the Chinese delegation got acquainted with the port facilities, stevedoring companies operating in the waters of the sea port “Yuzhny”, including the security system in the port, technical equipment, structure, turnover and the development prospects of the port in the future.

“The visit of the Chinese delegation to the port “Yuzhny” is an introductory and the port development plans represent a great interest to us,” said the Ambassador of China to Ukraine Zhang Siyun.
