Odessa, 27 JULY 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie -- For the 6 months of 2016 on the Odessa railway was loaded 2 million 381 thousand 727 tons of grain, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

Thus, according to the transportation Department of the regional branch «Odesa railway» PJSC «Ukrzaliznytsia», for 6 months of 2016 Odessa railway has been loaded 2 million 381 thousand 727 tons of grain in 36 608 cars.

Compared to the same period of last year recorded an increase in the load of grain on 543 597 thousand tons.

For export to the ports, 2 million 247 thousand 353 tons of grain loaded in 33 885 cars, and on the domestic market — 134 thousand 374 tons of grain loaded in 2723 cars.

Average daily load of grain for the first half of year is 249 cars, of which grain load is 201 cars.

In June of the current year, loaded 261 thousand 609 tons of grain.
