Odessa, 06 OCTOBER 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — In January-September, the total turnover of the stevedoring companies operating in the territory of Izmail Sea Port totaled 4 million 139,35 thousand tons, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

It was reported to the agency today, October 06, in a press-service of the SE «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority».

In a press-service reported that according to operational data, the total cargo turnover at the port for January-September amounted to 4 million 139,35 thousand tons, which is 14.8% more than in the same period of 2015.

Liquid cargoes handled 84,74 thousand tons (140,8% against the indicator of January-September 2015); bulk dry cargo — 3 million 769,81 thousand tons (113,7%); unitized cargo — 284,80 thousand tons (123,2%).

REFERENCE: The waters of the Izmail port include the water space of the Kiliya arm of the Danube river, from 78 up to 96 km counting from the left coast to an imaginary line of the state border, which passes through the channel of the river. Port complexes process general, bulk and containerised cargoes.
