Odessa, 19 DECEMBER 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — Head of the Odessa regional organization «Committee of Voters of Ukraine» Anatoliy Boyko said that the first local elections in the three united Gromada area showed a low level of agitation and electoral activity, and the use of administrative resources, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

According to the head of regional CVU held in December 2016, the first local elections in the combined communities of the region showed a low level campaign and election activity, and the use of administrative resources and ignoring the leadership of the community organization process conditions for the work of precinct election commissions.

«It has been documented the use of administrative resources by Head of Shiryaevo RGA and acting Ivanovo district administration, who considered it their duty to be actively involved in the company, in particular, managers expressed a negative attitude to this or that candidate, which, in our opinion, is unacceptable. The authorities have no right to exert pressure on voters,» — said Boyko.
