KHERSON, 23 JANUARY 2017, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — Due to the deterioration of hydro-meteorological conditions and a significant cooling in the sea port Skadovsk announced the beginning of the ice campaign, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

It was reported to the agency today, January 23, in the press-service of the SE «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority».

According to the press service, in connection with the deterioration of hydro-meteorological conditions and a significant cooling, the order of the captain of the seaport Skadovsk at 00:00 on January 21 announced the beginning of the ice campaign.

As of January 20 at the port waters observed ice thickness of 4 cm cohesion 5 points.

Port service vessels are fully ready for ice operations.

The press service reminded that the ice campaign continues in the ports of Odessa, Reni, Izmail, Ust-Dunaysk, Odesa, Nikolaev, SMP «Oktyabrsk», Kherson.
