The heating season in schools, hospitals, kindergartens and other establishments of social sphere of Odessa region is starting tomorrow, on September 25th. Such an order was given by the governor of Odessa region Nikolay Serduk.

«We are not speaking about the start of the heating season in general — the weather still allows to start it according to the previous plans and schedule. But when talking about such objects as schools, kindergartens and hospitals, we should consider that these establishments need heating already now», N. Serduk noted.

«The heating season starts according to the approved plan. But as we can see the weather introduces changes in this schedule. I completely share anxiety of the president of Ukraine as to health threat of such strata of population as inmates of children establishments, pupils, patients of public health and social protection system”, the governor noted.

“As a result of weather conditions there was made a decision about preterm start of the heating season. Our top priority task is to provide heat to all objects of social infrastructure and houses of the region”, N. Serduk emphasized.
