Mayor of Odesa Eduard Gurvits has given honorary awards to the organizers of the Jazz Carnival 2010 in Odesa.

According to Odesa City Council Administration for Information, for the fruitful work of many years, active social work, and great contribution to the organization of Odesa Jazz Carnival 2010, Mayor of Odesa Eduard Gurvits awarded Director of the Communal Enterprise “Agency for Odesa Development Programmes” Mr Mikhail Freidlin, Musical Director of Odesa Jazz Carnival 2010 Mr Yuriy Kuznetsov, and music teacher of Odesa Technical School of Arts Mrs Elena Shevchenko with special honorary awards.
