KHERSON, APRIL, 08TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Limited liability Company «Shipyard — Kherson» intends to construct a shipyard on manufacture of boats and yachts in 2010, “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about this by the management of the company.

The ship-building enterprise will be constructed in a gulf of Valy-Valy Kahovskoe water basin near Ljubimovka village of the Kahovsky district of the Kherson region.

The beginning of construction is planned for May, 2008.

The total cost of the project makes 20 million dollars, the management of the society plans to use partially own and partially credit funds.

The enterprise will specialize on assembly full-equipped boats and greater yachts of a «river-sea» class.

It is supposed that nearby 1000 person will work at the enterprise in the beginning. With the increase in capacities and introduction of new building berths the quantity working is planned to be increased up to 2.5 thousand persons.

Limited liability Company «Shipyard — Kherson» is formed in 2007.
