NIKOLAEV, APRIL, 14TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Nikolay Kruglov, Party of Regions regional organization leader, People's Deputy of Ukraine opposes port uniting, “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

N.Kruglov has told this at press conference which passed after the 7-th party conference of Nikolaev organization of Party of regions of Ukraine on April, 12th.

As he said, on the one hand — the Nikolaev sea trading port is clamped by the city, it could not be developed. All territory and moorings are rented and working. Only Dnepro-Bugsky where there is nothing state except for the port chief and «October» ports have the opportunity of development.

«From the effective proprietor point of view they could be united. But from the community point of view — 3 subjects of managing are 3 tax bearers. When there will be only we’ll have the same situation as we had with the atomic power station.

When each atomic power station was the separate subject and paid money to the budget we had both the profit and the added cost tax.

YA atomic power station was the leading budget payer of the Nikolaev region. Then all the atomic power stations have united in one legal entity that pays taxes in Kiev», — N.Kruglov has grounded his point of view.

In conclusion he has emphasized that if to unite everything in such way regions will soon become poverty-stricken. «The profit tax of the enterprise, working in region, should be paid here», — considers N.Kruglov.
