MYKOLAIV, MARCH, 6th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Pepsi Americas International intend to invest over 40 million USD in Sandora LTD, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press-service of Mykolaiv Oblast State Administration informed the agency about it today, 6 March.

Yesterday, Vitaliy Travyanko, Deputy Chairman and leading specialists of Mykolaiv Oblast State Administration met authorised representatives of Pepsi Americas International and Sandora LTD.

This meeting was initiated by the American party to inform the Oblast Administration about investment plans of the company in the Oblast.

As it was stated at the meeting, due to the favourable investment climate in Mykolaiv Oblast the new owners of Sandora LTD – Pepsi group in spite of the difficult economic situation both in the world and Ukraine made a decision to invest a large sum into Sandora LTD.

Mykolaiv Oblast Administration hopes the production will develop due to this investment., providing new jobs and more taxes into the budget.
