The agency was informed about it today, 6 March at the press-service of Chernomorsky Shipbuilding Yard.
Azerbaijani party intends to upgrade their flotilla of patrol cutters. They were attracted by technical capacity of Chernomorsky Shipbuilding Yard, design and construction centre, and previous experience in building naval vessels as well as the equipment allowing assembling ships indoors on the assumption of security. The fact that this is a governmental order attracts the enterprise and the expenses will be assigned by the government of Azerbaijan.
The existing customer also shows interest in the enterprise. This is Estonian company PKL. Estonians are planning to order pusher tugs of new generation.
