YUZHNOUKRAINSK, MARCH, 16th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – The construction of Yuzhno-Ukrainsk wind power station is planned start in the fourth quarter of 2009, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press-service of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine presented this information at their official site.

Fildstone (Great Britain) and Energy Conversion Licensing BV (the Netherlands) are planning to invest 438 Euros into the project.

According to the project, its capacity is to make 300 megawatt, which will decrease the negative impact on the nature. At that, the annual gas economy will make 27 million cubic metres.

The ministry informed the prospective regions for building such stations are Crimea, the Black Sea area, the Azov Sea area, and Ciscarpathian.
