ODESA, JUNE, 22nd, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – According to the State Committee of Statistics in Odesa Oblast, through January – May, 2009, general-use transport shipped 9 million 428 thousand 100 tons of cargoes, that is by 46,1 percent less than for the same period of 2008, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

At that, the Committee reports, 123 million 700 thousand passengers consumed passenger transport services during the period of January – May, 2009 (by 3,8 percent less than in January – May, 2008).
