ODESA, AUGUST, 18th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICERNOMORIE – Mayor of Odesa Eduard Gurvits stated he proceeded with seeking for an investor in order to build a recycling plant in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Eduard Gurvits announced it today, 18 August talking to journalists.

“We have kept working on it all the time. We have made much effort which has had no result so far”, — Mayor said.

Mr. Gurvits also informed he was holding negotiations with several companies, and their were about to sign an agreement but “the crises spoilt all the plans.”

“I cannot name an exact date but we keep the negotiations going.”
