ODESA, SEPTEMBER, 3rd, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – 1 September 2009 a new berth for Ro-Ro vessels was opened in Odesa Commercial Sea Port, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about it today 3 September at the press-service of the port.

According to the press-service, 1 September 2009 a festive opening of a new berth for Ro-Ro vessels was held in Odesa Commercial Sea Port.

As they reported the new berth is 119.4 m long, the depth level varies from 9.75 to 12 m, total berth area makes approximately 5 thousand sq. m.

The new hydrotechnic construction was built by the Promstroyservis Company instead of Zavodskaya Harbour taken out of service last century. The building was going on for 15 months and cost 83 million UAH.
