MYKOLAIV, SEPTEMBER, 21st, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – The Dyckerhoff Aktiengesellschaft Company, Germany, has opened a line of credit for OJSC Yugcement amounting to USD 20 million, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about it today 21 September at the press-service of OJSC Yugcement.

According to their information, the same kind of a credit line has been opened for one more Ukrainian company being part of Volyncement Group, Rivne Oblast. The credits have been provided to ensure financing of capital investments of Yugcement and Volyncement.

The first tranche amounting to EUR 7 million has been transferred to the companies’ accounts.

The funding has been provided for a four-year term at 2 percent annual rate plus EURIBOR, the credit line expires 25 November 2013.

The amount of the loan makes 21 percent of the pure actives of the issuer, as of the beginning of the reporting year making UAH 389 million 888 thousand.
