MYKOLAIV, JANUARY, 20th, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – OJSC Yugcement has received the first tranche from Dyckerhoff AG amounting to EUR 7 million or UAH 80 million 209 thousand, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about it today 20 January at the press-service of OJSC Yugcement.

According to them, the loan agreement between OJSC and Dyckerhoff AG was signed 25 August 2009. the funds have been taken for a 4-year term, paying off 2 percent of annual interest plus EURIBOR. The loan is intended to finance the plant’s capital investments.

INFROMATION: A German Company Dyckerhoff AG owns 93,8% of shares of OJSC Yugcement. OJSC Yugcement (formerly Cement Plant of Olshanske) is the largest cement-producing enterprise in the south of Ukraine having designed capacity about 1,25 million tons annually. The enterprise is a part of Dyckerhoff AG Group (Germany). OJSC Yugcement has two affiliates in Odesa and Sevastopol. These are cement terminals operating and packing the ready-made production.
