ODESA, MARCH, 113th, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Through the period of January-February 2010 Odesa Railway has shipped 532 thousand 500 tons of grains, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.
The agency was informed about it today 13 March at the press-service of the State Administration of Railways.
According to their information, the entire amount of transported grains in whole Ukraine made 2 million 288 thousand tons, which is a significant surpass of the plan (9.6%). The average number of carriages loaded daily in the county counted to 632.
At the time being, 3 thousand 817 railway carriages are proceeding to the ports of Ukraine.
The main kinds of the grains transported were: wheat, barley, maize, rape and sunflower seeds.
