KHERSON, MAY, 20TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – On June, 20th stockholders of the open joint-stock company «Kherson ship-building factory» are set to consider the problem of the statutory fund increase from 73,066 million UAH up to 125,2 million UAH by an additional share issue, “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about this by the representative of the company referring to a communique of the company.

The purpose of statutory fund increase is to involve additional means for development of a factory.

Statutory fund is planned to be increased by additional release of 292,266 million simple registered stocks of a face-value of 0.25 UAH per each one. Release form is documentary. Distribution way — closed. Stock distribution is scheduled from August, 11th till September, 9th.

As IA “Context-Prichernomorie” informed, open joint-stock company «Kherson ship-building factory» has finished the year 2007 with net profit of 0,387 million UAH.

The factory is engaged in repair and construction of vessels, in particular, tankers deadweight up to 30 thousand tons, supply vessels of an ice class, ore carriers, container vessels, dry cargo vessels of a universal purpose, chisel vessels with depth of drilling up to 6 500 meters.

Limited liability company «Pivdenrudmet» (Krivoi Rog, Ukraine) owns 83.61 % of a factory stock.
