ODESA, MAY, 5th, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Odesa has directed its own suggestions concerning hosting EUROI 2012 to the Ministry of Transport, context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Oleksandr Naumenko, acting Director of the Odesa City Council Department for Transport and Communications informed about it today 5 May.

According to him, two representatives of the Department joined the working group under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine engaged in developing the transport infrastructure during the EURO 2012 preparation period. Suggestions concerning Odesa, which is one of the six control cities (the one where training matches can be held), were also sent there.

He added, the Representative Commission of the Cabinet was working here in April. It was studying the economic situation in the city. The Department prepared the necessary offers and calculations regulating the state of the city electric transport. The offers were accepted by the Commission.
