MYKOLAIV, MAY, 13th, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – engineers and managers of the Engineers of the Black Sea Shipyard, Mykolaiv, have been on a visit to the largest Russian wharf JSC PO Sevmash in Severodvinsk, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about it today 13 May at the press-service of the the Black Sea Shipyard.

This visit has been the second step in recovering the lost cooperation in the sphere of shipbuilding.

The members of the delegation got familiar with the plant’s production facilities and the objects under construction, including aircraft carrier Vikramiditya and drilling platform Prirazlomnaya for Gazprom.

As the time of their visit overlapped with the celebration of the Great Victory Day the engineers of the Black Sea Shipyard participated in veteran honouring ceremony and lay flowers to the plant’s memorial. The delegation had a chance to present at numerous festive events organized by the hosts.

They also visited the memorial to the submarine Kursk that drowned in 2000.
