MYKOLAIV, MAY, 22nd, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Delegation of France has visited Nibulon Ltdin Mykolaiv, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about it today 22 May at the press-service of Nibulon Ltd.

According to the information provided, the chiefs of the investment foundation UNIGRAIN visited grain transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv and met general Director of Nibulon Ltd Alexey Vadaturskiy. Such French organizations as Soufflet and Coop de France, and representatives of the largest financial institutions as Credit Agricole, BNP Paribas, Natixis, and Societe Generale participated in the meeting.

Nibulon has been actively cooperation with French financial institutions. Over the last year such companies as Credit Agricole, BNP Paribas, Natixis provided the company with loans amounting to USD 20 million, USD 100 million and USD 40 million respectively.

The parties also discussed the ways of their further cooperation. General director Nibulon Ltd Alexey Vadaturskiy shared the company’s 18-year experience with the guests in the agriculture sphere of Ukraine. Special attention was drawn to the company’s investment project – the construction of a series of new elevator complexes and erection of their own fleet.

Being on a visit to the company’s transshipment terminal the delegation had an opportunity to make certain in high level of control over acceptance, storage and shipment of agricultural goods at the company.

On the following day the bosses of the French companies specializing in agricultural production and trade also visited the subsidiary of Nibulon Ltd Joint Company Snigiryovskiy. After tour round the fields belonging to the company and having seen how the field works were carried out the guests also visited the Transshipment Terminal in Mykolaiv.

The French agrarians got familiar with the logistics technology, storage and shipment of agricultural goods from the maker to the final customer. The guests stated they considered Nibulon to be the know-how for Ukraine as the only company having vertically integrated management system “field – port”.
