ODESA, JUNE 29th, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Rector of Odesa National University, Professor Valentin Smyntyna states the conference held at the University today to be not only know but also respected in the world, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Mr Smyntyna stated it today 29 June at the press conference dedicate to the symposium.

“As of today the Conference Touch-Sensor Electronics and Microsystem Technologies is not only known in the world but respected as well”, Mr Smyntyna says. “The growing number of participants and speeches evidences it.”

“In addition to the representatives of the independent states that formed after the collapse of the Soviet Union, there are participant of Great Britain, Italy, Canada, Russia, the USA, Finland, the Czech Republic, France and Japan. This is not only pleasant but useful as well, as we can exchange new ideas, thoughts and solutions. Other countries that had never been engaged in touch-sensor technologies before also joined the conference, as, for instance Iran. There are representatives of 20 Ukrainian cities”, he stressed.

“At our today’s we will present the results of the research carried out by over 200 scientists of 19 countries of the world”, he added.
