MYKOLAIV, AUGUST 13th, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHENOMORIE – Illia Kvasha of Mykolaiv has won the gold at international competition in non-Olympic 1-meter springboard diving in Budapest, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency has been informed about it today 13 August at the press service of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.

Illia Kvasha together with Oleksiy Pryhorov from Kharkiv defended their champions’ titles synchronized 3-metre springboard diving.

The Beijing Olympic bronze winners got the gold prize having gained 431.67 points, which is more than they had in Torino in 2009 (422.31).
