KHERSON, MAY, 29TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — DataArt company specializing on creation of custom-made software for investment funds and having the centers of development in Russia and Ukraine (in Kharkov and Kherson) has informed on reception of the investment at a rate of 4 million dollars and plans to involve 2 million more in the near future, “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about this by DataArt representatives.

According to a source, the main investor of the project is London fund Tower Gate Capital. One of known Russian investment funds and New-York Third Millennium Russia Fund have joined to it.

As a source informed, recently natural financial restrictions began to influence essentially the speed of development of the company among which there are clients of such grandees as Standard & Poor's, BNP Paribas, etc. It is supposed that external investments will allow removing barriers on a way of growth. The involved means are to be directed for development of branch specializations in the field of telecommunications and on-line travel, and also on increase of recognition of a brand.
