ODESA, DECEMBER 13th, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee has allowed Valars Agro Limited, Cyprus, to purchase two elevators in Mykolaiv Oblast, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency has been informed about it today, 13 December, at the spokes office of the Committee.

The purchase provides 50 percent of votes at the managing board of the issuers.

Kamayanomostkovsk Grain Collecting Enterprise and Podgornyansk Elevator, collect, cerry out primary operation and storage of grains.
