ODESA, FEBRUARY 3rd, 2011, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The volume of imported dry cargo transshipment has made 262 thousand 500 tons at Odesa port in January 2011 compared to the same period in 2010, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency has been informed about it today, 3 February, at the press office of GE Odesa Commercial Sea Port.

According to their information, there was no transshipment of liquid cargoes in January.

INFORMATION: GE Odesa Commercial Sea Port is situated in the south-western part of Odesa bay on artificially made territory of 109.5 hectares area. The enterprise facilities allow to process more than 14 million tons of dry and 24 million tons of bulk cargo annually. The vessels of the length up to 270 m and the draught under 13 m are operated in the port. The total length of the berthage is more than 8 km.
