ODESA, FEBRUARY 9th, 2011, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Hi-Raise Constructions Chairman of Board of Directors Vladimir Rondin says world’s latest power and heat supply saving technologies are being applied in the construction of the Swissotel Odessa hotel, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Mr Rondin stated it yesterday, 8 February, at the presentation of the new hotel.

“Our company is the general contractor in this project, we are builders. Our task was to design and commence the construction of the project. Unfortunately, there are no specialists in Ukraine able to work out the service, design and other things. In this hotel, world’s latest power and heat supply saving technologies are being applied. That is to say everything modern that is available is used in this hotel”, he informed.

“We had to carry out a very serious hydrotechnical research constructing this hotel, so that we can prevent the sea from washing down the hill the hotel will be located on. We only started the construction when we made sure the hill was absolutely safe and steady”, Mr Rondin added.
