MYKOLAIV, MARCH 25th, 2011, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Communists of Mykolaiv held a public campaign against NATO attacks on Libya, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency has been informed about it today, 25 March, at Mykolaiv Office of the Communist Part of Ukraine.

The campaign was held on the Memorial Day for those who suffered from the US and NATO’s aggression in Yugoslavia. The communists marched along the main city street — Sovetskaya Street. After that they held a meeting against NATO activities.

The resolution of the meeting reads: “We believe it necessary, Ukraine as a UNO member country and one of the organizers of this organization should initiate a review of the Resolution of the Council of Security and a peaceful Conference on the situation in Libya. We address the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine with this proposition.”

The participant of the event voted for the resolution unanimously.
