ODESA, APRIL 11th, 2011, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The international conference “Integrated Strategy of the CIS Countries in Forming Public Relations and Ideology Directed at Developing Statehood, Economy and Civil Experience. Algorithm: Society—Media—Authorities” within the scope of the International Festival “Golden Section” was being held in Odesa 8—9 April, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

About 50 people participated in the event.

“Our today’s conference is dedicated to the liberation of Odesa from the Fascist occupants. We have arrived in a large Russian delegation. It includes mass media of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, Russian politicians. The conference’s today’s topic is consolidation of the CIS countries. There is a remarkable date this year — 20 years since the Soviet Union collapsed. Nevertheless, we remained a single whole. We all can feel, sense it”, the “Golden Section” Chief Ms Marina Mayakova.

“We are really hoping to work out a sort of common idea, remember again the heroes of World War II. We might perhaps make certain suggestions together — media, Ukrainian and Russian politicians and representatives of non-governmental organizations as to brining up the youth, creating the correct ideology where our victory will stand out”, she said.

Festive flower-laying to the Monument to the Unknown Sailor took place within the scope of the conference.
