ODESA, AUGUST 5th, 2011, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — FC Chornomorets has signed another new player — Brazilian forward Jimmy Dougllas Franca, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency has been informed about it today, 5 August, at the press service of the club.

According to the press service, yesterday, 4 August, a contract was signed between FC Chornomorets and striker Dougllas Franca. Under the terms of agreement, the Brazilian leased by the club for a six month term with the right of further purchase.

INFORMATION: FC Chornomorets Odesa is a professional football club in the Ukrainian Premier League. The club’s home ground was the 34,362 capacity Tsentralnyi-Chernomorets Stadium in the city of Odesa, but it was demolished so that the new Prokopenko Arena could be built on its site. During the construction, the team will be temporarily playing in the 4,800 Spartak Stadium. The club was officially formed in 1936 as Dynamo, but, after a number of name and management changes, it emerged under its current name in 1958. The official club colours are black, blue and white.
