The participants of the tournament are teams, composed of players of 1996 and 1997 year of birth: Chornomorets-1996 (Coach — Viktor Sakhno), Chornomorets-1997 (Coach — Sergii Gusev), Youth Sports School Mykolaiv, HTZ (Kharkiv), CMC (Krakow, Poland), The Star (Kyiv).

In the first round Chernomorets-1996 beat CMC, 5:0.
