ODESA, MAY 7th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — International Football Tournament for journalists from CIS hero cities has taken place in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Odesa Regional Office of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine reported today, 7 May.

In particular they informed, “It has already become a tradition for those journalists who love football — to meet in Odesa on the eve of the Victory Day and participate in the International tournament. This year, there are six teams, including the hosts, from April 28 to May 2, not only played football, and became acquainted with the sights and all ‘South Palmyra’. The tournament brought together teams from Volgograd, Bryansk, Tula, Krasnodar and Brest.”

Odesa journalists have become the best team in the competition.

At the end of game-winning captains were awarded commemorative cups from FC Chornomorets.
