ODESA, JUNE 23rd, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Athletes of Odesa already gain six licenses for the XXX Olympics in London, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency today was informed today, 23 June, at the press service of the Odesa Regional State Administration with the reference to Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sport of the Odesa Regional State Administration Yuriy Povolotskii.

According to the head of the Department, Odesa region may submit up to 10 athletes for the national team of Ukraine on the anniversary XXX Olympic Games in London.

“The Anniversary XXX Olympic Games start in London on 26 July. Odesa region was never away from these events. At the moment, our athletes have already received six licenses to participate in the Olympics. Another plan to present on one or two athletes in weightlifting, cycling. That is, there will be 9 to 10 athletes from the Odesa region”, said Yuri Povolotskii.
