ODESA, JUNE 30th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Ukrainian national football team to play in a friendly match vs. the Czech Republic in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.
According to a number of media, it was announced by coach of the National Team Andriy Bal.
The first friendly match within the scope of preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2014 the Ukrainian team will play against the Czech Republic, which had managed to get to the quarter- finals Euro-2012. The match will take place in Odesa on August 15.
“Before the end of the year we will hold a friendly match ― 15 August ― against the Czech Republic in Odesa. Later in the schedule there are three World Cup qualification matches ― 11 September with England, 12 October with Moldova and 16 October with Montenegro. The matches with England and Moldova will away matches, and the Ukrainians will be playing home against Montenegro”, said A. Bal.
