ODESA, JUNE 30th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― BC Khimik to represent Ukraine in Basketball Eurochallenge, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the press service, in the season 2012―2013 only one Ukrainian club will participate in the third largest club European basketball tournament FIBA Eurochallenge. BC Khimik, Yuzhny, along with other 27 clubs have already got on the list of teams that play in the group stage. Another eight teams will fight for the remaining 4 .

The draw for the group stage FIBA Eurochallenge was held on 6 July in Germany.

INFORMATION: BC Khimik is a Ukrainian professional basketball club based in Yuzhny, Ukraine. The club plays in the Ukrainian Basketball Super League. In the year 2006, the club reached the final of the EuroCup Challenge, where Khimik was defeated by Ural Great Perm.
